Capital Metalworks is based in Chelmsford, Essex. Our speciality is steel fabrication services both Structural and Architectural. We also undertake bespoke projects including: hand-made wrought iron gates, railings, staircases and more.
What sets us apart from the rest of our competitors is the practical experience we have in our selected fields. In the case of steel work all of our tradesmen have completed a 4 year modern apprenticeship in welding and fabrication and spent many years on the shop floor making and fitting steel!
From a couple of tonnes in a house extension to 50 tones of portaframes for an industrial warehouse we have the necessary skills to see the job right through to the end.
Any type of architectural steel is no problem here; staircases, railings, canopy's, balcony's, hand rail, balustrading, gates, cat ladders, access platforms, ramps...you name it and we can do it.
